Our annual Faction Athletics Carnival was held on Friday, 15 September. It was great to see so many family and community members down at the town oval, braving the weather to support the competing students.

We forged on with our Jumps and Throws Day on Wednesday and managed to complete most of our primary events before the storm hit Wagin. Although the wind was unkind, the rain held off, so we reconvened on Thursday to complete Year 6 jumps and the high school events.

After all points were tallied, Puntapin held onto the title of Champions with 1051 points followed by Cancanning with 956 points and then Norring with 787 points.

We would like to give a big thank you to all the volunteers, Mr & Mrs Enright for marking the ovals, Mrs Kellow, and all staff involved, for organising and running another successful carnival. Without your support and dedication, events like these would not be possible.
